About the Goulburn Valley Community Legal Centre

Goulburn Valley Community Legal Centre provides free legal information and advice to people who can’t afford a lawyer or who can’t get legal aid.

We assist people who are living in the local government areas of Greater Shepparton, Strathbogie, Benalla, Mansfield, Moira and parts of Mitchell Shire. We also provide court assistance at Shepparton, Seymour, Mansfield, Benalla and Cobram Magistrates’ Courts. See Map.

You do not need a referral to access our services. To make an appointment, please call (03) 5831 0900 or FREECALL 1800 310 900 during business hours. See our Free Legal Advice page for more information.

Goulburn Valley Community Legal Centre is a program of ARC Justice, a non-profit community organisation dedicated to human rights and social justice.

If you live in the Loddon Campaspe region (shires of Bendigo, Campaspe, Loddon, Central Goldfields, Mt Alexander and Macedon) you can contact our sister organisation, the Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre, based in Bendigo.

We acknowledge the Aboriginal people as the traditional custodians of the land upon which we work and we pay our respects to their elders, past and present.

We value, respect and are committed to diversity and inclusion for all.
