This new service is a partnership with Geelong’s Barwon Community Legal Service and JobWatch, a state-wide specialist employment law community legal centre based in Melbourne. The 18-month project, run in conjunction with Victoria Legal Aid, will provide community legal education on workplace rights, and direct legal services to rural workers on temporary working visas.
We are currently advertising for a full-time lawyer, who will be based in our Shepparton Office but will travel throughout the region.
