Goulburn Valley Community Legal Centre provides free legal advice and assistance to residents of the Goulburn Valley region who cannot afford a private solicitor or who are ineligible for legal aid.
We are based at Suite 3, 98 Nixon Street Shepparton but provide outreach services across the region.
You can contact us for free legal advice on child custody matters, complaints about government services, consumer matters, criminal matters, credit and debt problems, discrimination, divorce settlements, domestic violence, employment rights, guardianship, motor vehicle accidents, victims of crime matters and welfare rights. Please refer to our Casework Guidelines for more detail about the types of matters we deal with and how we can help you.
You do not need a referral to access our services. Goulburn Valley CLC clients have rights and responsibilities, and we are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. Please see our Rights, Responsibilities and Privacy statement for more information. You can also download our Suggestions and Complaints form.
