AREAS OF LAW
Georgia and Mark work mainly in the areas of Family Law, Family Violence, Child Protection and Victims of Crime Assistance, however they can assist you with most legal problems. If they can’t help you, then they can will explain the process and help you to find a lawyer who can.
Feel free to make an appointment with Georgia or Mark to discuss your issue, even if you are unsure if it is a legal issue.
Lawyers cannot act for clients in conflict with each other. For example, a family violence victim and their attacker. Or a separating husband and wife.
Before we can provide advice, we will undertake a conflict check.
SUPPORT FOR RUMBALARA STAFF / SECONDARY CONSULTATIONS
Georgia and Mark also work with Rumbalara staff to help community members. If they can’t help somebody due to a conflict of interest they can assist a Rumbalara staff member who is connected with the client by providing information and referrals.
